Our application process is quick. Once all information is submitted, you can typically expect an answer within 24-48 hours.

Yes, we offer lease terms ranging from 3 to 12 months to fit your needs.

We’ve got several convenient payment options for you! You can pay your rent online, via WIPS, with a money order, or by check. Choose the method that works best for you!

While renter's insurance is not required at Lofts at 335, we highly recommend it. If you choose not to obtain your own, we offer liability coverage for a small monthly fee.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent. 

To set up your utilities, contact BGE for electric service, and water/sewer will be automatically set up through Conservice.

You can use Comcast for both internet and cable services.

Yes, we offer assigned garage parking for $180 per month.

Arrive Federal Hill offers in-unit laundry for your convenience.

Pet Policy

Yes, we love pets at Arrive Federal Hill! We allow up to two pets per apartment, with some breed restrictions. There are plenty of nearby parks where your pets can enjoy some outdoor time.

We are located in the Baltimore City Public School District.

Maintenance

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance, along with 24/7 emergency maintenance for your convenience.

If you have a maintenance issue, you can submit a ticket online or contact the office to have one placed for you. For emergencies, please call our phone system to reach our 24/7 emergency maintenance team.

No, you do not need to be present for a service technician to perform work.
