I love my apartment. The location is spectacular. The staff from the front desk, concierge, leasing staff, maintenance, to ... the cleaners are all very nice and absolute pleasures to be around. With that being said, the property managers at this place try their absolute best to ruin the experience. Elevator breaks? 8 weeks. Garage to be power washed? No written notice that cars need to move. Said power washing accomplishes 20% of the total job? Property managers gaslight residents who moved cars and paid for parking into thinking whole job was completed. Errant charge on your account? Better find a property manager in person and demand an answer before you leave because they will not pick up the phone or email you.
